Returns Policy

  • Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@sippingly.com. We strive to resolve such issues promptly, though response times may vary during peak periods.
  • Change of Mind (Tea Products): If you change your mind about a tea order, you may return it for store credit within 30 days of receipt, provided the tea is unopened.
  • Non-Tea Items: For a full refund on non-tea items, they must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Note that return shipping fees, which are not the fault of Sippingly, will be the customer’s responsibility, and initial shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns are typically processed within 1-2 weeks, but additional delays may occur. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please ensure that your return is well-packaged and includes your packing slip or order number.
