Once your Monthly Sips box is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our carrier’s website to see real-time updates on your delivery. You can also track your order here.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on all Monthly Sips subscriptions. Your tea box will be shipped monthly, and you'll receive a tracking number via email once it's dispatched.
Please note, products purchased from our online tea shop do not receive free shipping and are subject to standard US shipping rates.
Currently, we only ship within the US. We are exploring options to expand our shipping internationally in the future.
Billing
For the monthly plan, you're billed each month on the date you signed up. For prepaid plans, you're billed for the entire period upfront at a discounted rate.

Sippingly Digital Gift Card
Our digital gift cards can be purchased in various amounts and are delivered via email. They can be used to start a new subscription or purchase products from our shop.
You have two convenient options for delivering the digital gift card:
Option 1: Simply complete your purchase, and you'll receive a printable gift card via email, which you can then gift personally.
Option 2: During checkout, select the option to "Send as a Gift," enter the recipient's email, and craft a personalized message. You can also schedule a specific date for the gift card to be emailed. Just add the gift card to your bag, proceed to checkout, and we'll handle the rest.
