They included a great selection of relaxation teas. We broke them up into sets of 4 and put them in cello gift bags and included honey sticks. They were nicely boxed as a complete gift set though. But, they were used for bridesmaid boxes. They loved them!

A really great way to start a new nighttime routine. The teas are wonderful! It came with a little contents card. We have been adding our comments and results of the teas, as we make our way through them. This is a very fun way to try a lot of different kinds of teas.

Very nice box and product. While my particular sleep patterns are a result of a car accident and back pain, my wife bought this hoping it would help while it doe seem to calm me i would venture to say my personal stress and back pain resist what the tea has to offer. I also believe any "normal" person would be ecstatic with the results.
The presentation is great the box comes with honey sticks and 40 tea bags individually wrapped. I believe this particular tea kit would be perfect for someone who is sick or stressed out possibly new parents or a grieving person. No stimulants like caffiene in this kit makes it perfect for staying warm and calming down. Overall if you are an individual who loves herbal tea this is the box for you to test out these teas without spending 5 dollars per box to find out you arent a fan of numi morraccan mint (example only its actually pretty good). Its also a great item to pick up if you work in an office due to the multiple styles and flavors especially if you have a courtesy coffee/tea pot for guests.
