Smooth and savory flavor with a sweet aroma

For hot brew preparation, use 1g (1/2 tsp) of tea leaf in 3 oz (90 ml) of water at 185°F, whisking well until frothy. For cold brew preparation, use 2g (1 tsp) of tea leaf in 8 oz (240 ml) of ice water, shaking or stirring well.
